What You Will Do:
Under general supervision, provides first-line supervision over food services employees in either the cafeteria or patient services areas. Coordinates and directs the work-flow, assigns tasks to personnel and responds to problems which may occur in the completion of their function. Enforces departmental policies and procedures to ensure that the Medical Center’s goals and standards are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered to patients, visitors and staff.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Experience in food/cafeteria service of which at least three years of supervisory experience coordinating a function of food service (Patient Services, Cafeteria, Production, Purchasing) is required
