What You Will Do:
Under direct supervision, cleans carpets, strips and waxes all hard floor surfaces, and performs other custodial duties as required. Takes appropriate and necessary precautions to ensure the safety of patients, visitors and other associates in accordance with standards set forth by the Joint Commission, OSHA and other regulatory agencies. Fulfillment of the job duties requires the employee to have access to medication storage areas.
What You Need to Be Successful:
One year custodial/housekeeping experience preferred. Certification as a floor technician is required at time of hire, or within 90 days of hire into the position. Experience in hard floor and carpet care.
